      I interviewed at Cepheid

      Interview

I was told about 2 interviews initially. After completing, they decided to go for another 2 interviews. They had to decide between me and other guy after that. The questions in last 2 interviews were not at all related to my skills. It felt like they wanted to put me in bad situation where I can't answer their questions. After few days, I was told we are keeping the position open but we want to make few changes on what we want from this position in terms of additional skills so you can't go through. Which company would change their requirements or job description after interviewing candidates. At every step they kept on changing their requirement. One advice: Don't fall for compensation. Go for company with good ethics. In long run, that what matters.
