Easy, they ask you about yourself, the way you work, and how best you see yourself sitting in with the company. You go through some of the past products they have made and answer questions about your own portfolio and work experience. Pretty standard stuff really. Nothing particularly stood out.

They asked which programs I work in. In particular the Adobe creative suite.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cepia in Jan 2022
Interview
They walked me through the product offering and the office space. I was able to meet the team and some cross-functional people. The office was very different and the owner was very proud.
