I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ceribell (Sunnyvale, CA) in May 2026
Interview
I had a call with a recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager. Was brought on-site for an interview consisting of a presentation and 3 individual interviews totaling 4 hours. I had a final interview with SVP of engineering a few days after the on-site interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
An example was given and was asked how might you iterate on some injection molded parts that are failing?
HR Round, 1 Coding Round, 1 System Architect round, 1 Tech Leadership round, Finally meeting with VP round.
Gone through all technical rounds and Tech leadership round. Answered all the questions, they incessantly smile through it all, and then no offer. I walked away thinking I answered all their questions well, but then no feed back. I think this interview is their way of understanding how other similar companies operate and what all are the fields this company could improve based on other's experience. I don't think they are hiring.

Your resume serves as a comprehensive guide, where you must justify technical choices and demonstrate impact through quantifiable metrics and results.
