They will ask you to prepare an oral presentation which needs to present the company, yourself and your background. I would advise to focus on preparing a slide per bullet item of the job description, showing how your profile could fit in.
The interview was through Webex. There were five scientists and a programmer on the team. They asked about my previous experience and I had to give a presentation about what Certara does. They asked questions that were not my area (I mentioned my specialized areas in the resume).
