Interview
I applied online then after a phone screening I was asked to come for a 1:1 interview. The overall process was fair. Interviewed with human ressources then the lab director who gave me a tour of the lab and then finally interviewed with the department supervisor. The facility looks nice and very welcoming.
I called back and was asked questions mostly about my availability to work.
1) Where do I see myself in 5 years
2) Can I work the time that they want me to
3) Asked me about my experience in the field
