CertusBank interview questions

2 Interviews, basic interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was your basic what would you do in certain scenario, and review of previous work experience. There was an initial phone interview with HR and then HR passed it on to a Branch Manager and they called for a one on one interview. After that, they had me do a drug screen and sent off the background check. Overall, it took about 3 weeks.

There was a total of 3 interviews all were last minute and unorganized. The individual manager was great but the HR process was disorganized and took forever to communicate. Then when job offer was presented it took at least another month for drug screening and background check. Overall a very stressful hiring process. I wouldn't recommend or would I go through the process again.
