FYI My title has changed multiple times and the responsibility always changed, my duties always increased. The interview was done by Robert Half (or OfficeTeam) employment services. In my case I was not truly interviewed, I was taken around the office and warehouse to meet various co-workers and then the same day I was told I was hired. The interview process was conducted by the VP of Sales, it was not anything to write home about and looking back on it they just needed a warm body and not anyone specifically qualified to do anything really.
