I had an ideal interview experience with Chamberlain. The HR contact, Manasa Dandu, was exceptional. She was very informative and exceptionally clear in her communications with me. She did a very thorough job of vetting me for the role making sure that I was right for the role AND that the role was right for ME. Therefore, once I got to the level of in-person interviews I felt very comfortable understanding what I was getting into and it made those interviews very productive. Much more so than any other interview processes I have experienced elsewhere. I very much appreciate Chamberlain's transparency and thoughtfulness in the interview process. It is a tremendous selection of the company culture itself and I am proud to now be a Chamberlain employee.
