Interview
the interview process consisted of a write down of the company and everything you knew about the company, second stage a colour personality test, a over view and evalution of the 2008 financial crisis. overall the interview was moderate.
Lots of weird discredited Jungian tests about what colours you 'randomly' pick. Always go for the bright colours, because if you pick black it means you're suicidal or some weirdness like that. Easy to pass once you know this!

Interview
I had an interview for the position Writer/Researcher, everyone was very nice but they just talked and no question were asked to me. Then, I saw three different ladies in intervals, with a personality test and a psichometric test. I had no previous preparation as nobody mentioned about the psichometric test by email. They only said 2 and a half hours for the interview process but actually lasted three hours. It wasn't a terrible experience but they should mention in advance, so people could be ready for that.

Question 1
They haven't asked any question so I decided to introduce myself.
