Lasted at least about 2.5-3 hours. Was offered job on my car ride home. Asked extensively about past skills and positions. A lot about how do I work with others. Was informed there was a lot of turnover. One on one interview.

Are you comfortable working in an open environment?
Applied through an agency, and was eventually contacted after maybe a month. Phone screen went well. In person interview went well. The other analysts and (then) manager were engaging. Fairly easy process, I had the soft skills like Excel, the ability to meet deadlines, and work reports/ad-hoc request.

Can you prioritize? Sometimes other departments will want you to work on request, and you have to balance that with your other responsibilities.
