They send you an email letting you choose a convenient time for you. It starts off as a group interview where they ask the group the same question and you guys answer it turn by turn then they give you a test which is kind of tricky.

Once you apply online they call you immediately. Then they do a group interview at the main office and give you a basic test on math
and ELA. They also ask scenario questions

Interview
Group interview followed by a quick written assessment which covers reading comprehension, math, and behavioral. None of the questions were particularly difficult. For the most part, most of the individuals applying for the position of Tutor are college students pursuing fields in education. After the group interview, if chosen to be a tutor, you will receive an email with the assigned program manager, he/she will then call you for a 1 on 1 meet up in the office where they will ask you to submit DOE fingerprints and they will assign students.
