You will have an initial interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Talent Admin then you will have 2nd interview, possibly on-site with the Area Manager where you will be able to visit the site and interact with the staff and see how program is ran.

How do you communicate and build relationships with families?
Pretty standard! I applied online and was contacted to schedule an interview. Had an interview over video call. Asked good questions and I answered the best to my ability. While the chat was good, I just did not have enough experience for the role.
Was easy-going and nice. I was told about the position and the person who interviewed me was very kind. I would recommend this job/company to anyone who's looking for a job.
