Did a phone screen and was advanced to the next round. When trying to schedule the next interview, I gave them the times that worked for me when I was asked. They responded with completely different times that I could choose from. I chose a time on 3 separate occasions and each time the response was "Someone just took that slot". I was already annoyed that they were completely dismissive of my availability and offered zero flexibility when I said afternoons are much easier (they only offered morning times). After being told the slot I picked 3 times was just taken, I told them I was no longer interested and thanked them for their time. I have no interest in working for a company that operates like this. The kicker is, they send me an email saying "We regret to inform you that you have not been selected for further consideration for this position." It was more like the other way around.
