2 rounds of interview. The second round was with the hiring manager and his own manager. The manager of the hiring manager didn't let the hiring manager speak and was the only one that asked questions. I never received any feedback after that call.

Why did you change company in the past after one year?
It was great. Typical standard interviews. There's a phone screening before actually meeting in person. We had a great conversation and the interviewer was very nice and she told me the next following steps to expect for this interviewing process.

Interview
Despite not accepting the position, I enjoyed the recruiting process. It consisted on an initial phone call with the recruiter and a panel interview with 3 people (hiring manager, HR, and Director).
A panel can sound intimidating at first but it was the best way to meet everyone at once and speed up the hiring decision.
I'd recommend others to interview with them. It seems they have a great culture!
