Interview process is quite lengthy and very tough. Also candidates have to wait for long long hours for their turn. Also there is a few kind of speech tests which generally doesn't ask many companies. Also company offer different job description at the time of interview but actual job description is totally different from offer job description.

Interview
HR selection then face to face interview with the Program Manager handling the Project PAN India. It was conducted in presence of Vice-President of the company. Who also put up 2 questions.
