Received a phone call to set up the interview, went in for interview in person. I was given a description of where to park as this location is at the Venetian Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Parking was a little difficult and it was quite the walk to get to the store.

After two interviews I was offered the same salary as my current job, but not as many benefits.

Interview
Interview process was very relaxed and was on a park bench/outside table. I thought that was kind of weird and unprofessional. Thought I really impressed the management but I guess I didn't since I didn't get a phone call or an email back. I do feel that they are prejudiced. Due to the fact that that my previous retail management experience was enough to secure a assistant management position with this company but I was not .
