They posted the position on their site. I responded with a CL and resume. We emailed back and forth to confirm an interview time. Once in the interview I was interviewed by the current position holder and the supervisor. They were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Interview
Process was fairly quick, with me going in for an in-person interview within a week of applying. However, the hiring manager was rude, where they gave off this impression that they were better than I was, thinking that my experience of working in other cultural centers did not compare to the "sophistication" of CCC.
