It started with a phone call to get to know you and them, then they gave a take home challenge, then there was a panel of interviews back to back with different members of the team that lasted ~ 1 1/2.

How would you parse large XML files and be able to go back efficiently is data was missed or the parsing failed when originally parsed without having to go through the whole file again and risk losing where it has already parsed if it fails and errors in a place.
