The interview was very informal, the two women that interviewed me made me feel at ease, they were very nice people.
They gave me an overview of the company, procedures then defined the job role.
Following that they asked a series of competency based questions then I was presented with a written test to measure your numerical skills and benefits knowledge.
The following day I was contacted and told I'd been unsuccessful. I asked for feedback and was told that I'd passed the test, interviewed very well but they felt that I would have been off as soon as I secured a permanent role as this job was only offered as an eight week fixed term contract.
