Interview
Initial contact from recruiter that had no background in the position's field; basic questions regarding current employment status, what type of work I was seeking, and pay rates. Second interview over phone by hiring manager, which led to lunch interview. Final interview with hiring client at their facility to see if I would be a good fit for their department. Met with entire team, 11 people, in groups of three or less. Laid back environment, behavioral questions plus technical questions.

Interview
The interviewer was kind and asked direct and focused questions about the job, which is how all interviews should be conducted. The process was very practical and efficient overall, making it a positive experience for the candidate.
