I was very disappointed in CS's interview process especially after hearing good feedback about the company and being excited about the opportunity. They took me through 7 phone interviews across two+ months for a position in the same city in which I live. I have recruited for 10 years now and cannot imagine asking someone to phone interview 7 times without an on-site interview. In addition to the poor candidate experience with so many phone interviews, they failed to return my email after my final interview checking on status. I am well aware that recruiters get a million emails a day but when someone is that far along in the interview process, you should always close out the process by notifying them one way or the other. Very poor experience all around! The ironic thing is that they made a point to say during the interview that they are very focused on candidate experience and asked me how I maintain a positive candidate experience in my process.
