I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Very quick overall. Was contacted by a recruiter who saw my LinkedIn profile, had a 30 mins screening call with her, then a few days later had a 45 mins video call with the hiring manager that was all fit/behavioral. The next week I was brought in for a half day onsite interview with three different people from other functions who were at the same level as my hiring manager, two were fit/behavioral, one was a case interview. Finally the next week I was brought in for another half day, where I met with the hiring manager again, along with his boss (head of the group), and another of his peers. Two of those interviews were case interviews, one was fit/behavioral. Two days later I received an offer. The overall process took ~3 weeks. The initial recruiter who contacted me was the coordinator throughout and was very helpful.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Miami, FL) in Oct 2022
Interview
Long and in depth process requiring 5 interviews, 2 live cases, and one week long take home case. After the entire process, no one ever got back to me. I followed up with the recruiter 3 times and then the hiring manager, and then FINALLY got a response one MONTH later. Very disrespectful of my time and energy and highly unprofessional. Glad I didn't end up with this job - best of luck to whoever does.

Interview
Interview process was straightforward, but a waste of the candidate's time. The role is not really open to outside candidates, but they needed multiple "interviews" to make it look like a fair process (internal).
Chat with HR, then "interviewed" with the MD via another phone call. This is the first red flag, since most interviews are via video.
After call, was given a case study and a proxy "panel" interview was set up. Another red flag, meeting was set up by MD herself, and not HR, with no other attendees.
One hour after submission of case study, MD responded and said the "team" reviewed the material and recommended to pass. Unlikely a whole team reviewed the case within 1hour and came to consensus.
