I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Denver, CO) in Jan 2019
Interview
First, had HR phone screen. Mostly behavioral and they just describe the position and program. Next was invited to a video interview that was about an hour. It was a mix of behavioral, technical, and one coding. Overall, everyone was very nice in the process. They are very collaborative, so you really need to be team oriented. You need to have your OOP basics down. Study them like you would for a test. I winged it and failed miserably, but I think I would have done ok if I had prepared. I forgot a lot of basic definitions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are the OOP principles? Why Schwab? Talk about projects that are on your resume. Know about data structures and why you should use one over another.
The interview was 1 in-person interview with a follow-up team interview with the software development team. Relatively enjoyable experience as it was more like a conversation with the interviewers instead of an interview.
Relatively simple interview process but extensive follow up time. Beginning stages were communicated with depth but post interview response time has lingered. Waiting 2 weeks + for response after online interview.

Question 1
What do you know about object oriented programming?
It was a recruiter call. After which the recruiter sends our resume to the hiring manager. Then we will be asked to a schedule 3 rounds of interviews. One was leetcode and system design. One was System design and Behavioural and the other was pure Behavioural.
