I only interviewed with the recruiter via a WebEx call. The questions were regarding my experience, how much I knew about Agile and Scrum, and discussions of the company culture. The interview was more laid back and conversational than I expected, and I was told I would hear back within two business days to schedule the next interview. I was completely ghosted. I didn’t even receive a rejection email or any sort of response.
