Interview
As with any financial services company, it is a long hiring process. Schwab is very collaborative and you will meet all the players from different areas of the company that you will be working with. It will start with a phone screening from the hiring manager followed by in person interviews with approximately 6 key players in Austin, TX. If you make it past this round, you will progress to interviews in Ohio. It was very professional and a positive experience.

Interview
They use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) system for inviews. It is somewhat effective if you practice, practice, practice, before you do your STAR interview. Then relax and give it your best shot!

Everything about onboarding with TDA is so amazing, from my interview as a financial service rep to every internal interview afterwards. They always have a panel to prevent bias, they ask SAR questions and the managers who interview you are people you see every day so there is comfort.
