Once you get past the screening interviews know your information. Its kind of an extensive interview process and their communication is not always the best but they get back to you eventually.
Super day style interview, study the material available to move on to next steps. Big firm style interviewing such as Goldman. Lots of it can be bypassed with a connection. Decided to move a different direction.

2 interviews. first one was over the phone with a recruiter then the second in person with the managers. Mostly STAR based questions. They want to know exactly why you want to work for them. Make sure to talk about company culture.
