Email calendar invite. Two interviews. Job offer. Worked through a recruiter at a different location. Pretty quick process from start to finish. Seemed like an exciting opportunity. Talked to two different people throughout the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2022
Interview
There were 3 different interviews, then a final "expectations" meeting with the training manager prior to Day 1. The first interview was with the Outsourcing team, the second was with the managers, the thirs was just an informal call with an offer and next steps for the paperwork process, then the fourth and last was the training manager requesting everyone into a Skype meeting for Day 1 expectations. I did join when everyone was still remote, before RTO. The second interview they do ask that you prepare prior to coming in with situation based answers. The managers were very professional but I did not care for the Outsourcing- seems the overall process took entirely way too long to get answers and responses.

Question 1
The hardest thing that I have ever had to overcome on the job and how did I handle / turn it around.
I applied online. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Westlake, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
My interview was a zoom type web call. Focus on the STAR method of customer service. I was offered the job via acceptance email a few days later. Overall, I had a great experience. However, they did implement return to office which didn't allow me to stay with the company as I was hired on as remote.
