2 rounds - cases for both of them. Also a lot of behavioral questions to get a sense of why PE / why charlesbank / why investing. Not hard at all. Was more like meeting the team than getting graded
There were multiple case study rounds with different members of the team. Consulting style with some mental math intertwined. The interviewers helped guide the discussions for the most part, and they were looking for very specific answers to even some open-ended questions
First round interview included a case and paper LBO. The interviewers also asked behavioral questions at the end of the interview and specifically about the transition from IB or consulting to PE.
