Telephone interview, followed by in-person interview with a peer-panel, then interview with higher ups. Took several weeks; higher ed jobs are always a slow process; take your time, and ask good questions about expectations, hours, and benefits.

Applicant beware that glassdoor salary estimate is far above what they are actually offering. In interview, I found out they are offering $30-$33,000 for this position. They do offer free tuition for dependents, however. I declined before being offered or denied anything.
