They reached out on linked in to recruit me. I had a first interview and everything went well. They had me spend a lot of time and had 4 references of mine spend a lot of time in the reference and verification process. I went to my 2nd interview and all appeared to be great. I then got an email saying they had decided to move forward with other candidates. After spending that much time and involving peers of mine, I feel I deserved a more transparent process and better communication.
