What an odd interview! We went through my experience and some of the projects I've worked on in the past. The weirdest question I received was regarding Domino's pizza and how I would solve an issue there. That is a completely different industry and I have no idea what the inner workings of a fast food company is. Why would you ask a question that has nothing to do with Charlie Health or the position? They never followed up to let me know whether or not I was going to move to the next round. As an HR person, this is a huge red flag.
