I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health (Austin, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
I went through several rounds of interviews, all the way to the "alignment call" where I was given what my base pay would be, told when my start date would be, and told I just needed to wait to sign a google doc. After the weekend I received a generic email from them saying that they moved forward with another candidate. I had spoken to a recruiter from here and she didn't communicate any of this with me. It was abrupt and very unprofessional. Poor communication on their end, and they weren't able to tell me why they didn't choose me after effectively wasting hours of my time, and ensuring me I was hired.

They asked how I handled a group member who wasn't engaged in the past.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health in May 2026
Interview
I took a meeting with a recruiter from Charlie Health about contract work. To save you time, I'll let you know they are looking for facilitators to work evenings for $38 per hour. This is far below normal pay for a licensed therapist. I declined to pursue this further.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was very brief because the recruiter asked about my usual rate and my availability to work evenings.
I met with a recruiter for a brief and informal interview. The follow ups are requested to be done in 24 hours which make the process feel pressured and rushed.
Half-hour interview with recruiter discussing job requirements and my own work experience. Plenty of time given to candidate to discuss their strengths and goals for their career. Company was prompt with communications and follow up.
