I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Charlie Health in Mar 2025
Interview
A smooth and relatively quick digital process, no doubt driven by their enthusiastic and voracious desire to expand. Initial screening interview is via a lower level vetting-type specialist and then based on their take, one is forwarded onto someone more aware of the particular job type needs. Because they are trying to expand, if they want you they will start to accelerate the process. Got an offer quite quickly.
CAUTION: the contract language is quite aggressively one-sided to the benefit of the organization and it is important that you read and understand some of the exposures that it entails.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were generic about past history and clinical orientation. Was asked about how one would address a particular issue in the group room and strategies for group management.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health in May 2026
Interview
I took a meeting with a recruiter from Charlie Health about contract work. To save you time, I'll let you know they are looking for facilitators to work evenings for $38 per hour. This is far below normal pay for a licensed therapist. I declined to pursue this further.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was very brief because the recruiter asked about my usual rate and my availability to work evenings.
I met with a recruiter for a brief and informal interview. The follow ups are requested to be done in 24 hours which make the process feel pressured and rushed.
Half-hour interview with recruiter discussing job requirements and my own work experience. Plenty of time given to candidate to discuss their strengths and goals for their career. Company was prompt with communications and follow up.
