Phone screen with HR, on site interview with several people, written quiz on PLC knowledge, hands on PLC programming exercise, plant tour. The quiz was multiple choice with approx 50 questions. I was given approx 30 min. The questions ranged from basic computer skills (definition of RAM) to more PLC specific questions to troubleshooting questions. I must have done ok though because I was invited back.
