      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Charming Charlie (Saint Louis, MO) in Jan 2015

      Interview

Interview was in person and was at one of the store locations. Went well. The DM was very casual. But it was business focused. I made sure to dress the part -very fashionable but professional. THe interview lasted over an hour but we were talking about anything and everything.

      Question 1

How do you utilize business reports to improve sales?
      1 Answer

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Charming Charlie

      Interview

Submitted my application via website. Was contacted by the current gm to set up an interview. The interview lasted about 1 hour. It was more of a friendly discussion interview, not really any questions pertaining to the job. The interviewer seemed to be very pleased with me, said she would have me speak to district manager, and she would call. Never received a call. So I followed up, she said she would be getting to me and I was the only candidate at that point. Never heard anything after that. Kind of an unprofessional experience. I do not like being lead on, if they decided to go with someone else they should have been more forward about it.
