I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ChartHop in Jan 2023
Interview
I had a series of interviews, beginning with talent acquisition and ending with the head of sales. Throughout the process, everyone made me feel comfortable, welcome, and like they genuinely wanted to get to know me. I only became increasingly confidence in the positivity of ChartHop's culture as the process moved along!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ChartHop (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
3 interviews, 1st with Talent Manager, just to get to know you; 2nd is more of a personality-based interview, typical sales interview questions, 3rd is with higher-up, getting to know you/your experience more
I applied online. I interviewed at ChartHop (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
There were four rounds of interviews. First with HR, next with the BDR manager, then the Head of Marketing, and lastly with the Head of Sales. I think if you show how you've done research on the company, and even research on the people who are interviewing you, it shows that you can do a lot of what the BDR job entails. There was also a small test where they ask you to write an email to a prospective client.
