Interviewed with my direct manager and two other senior-level staff in two rounds of interviews. Performance task between first interview and second interviews. Friendly, positive vibe from all. Turnaround was relatively timely, but was promised to be faster than it was in actuality.

Question 1
I don't recall any questions being particularly difficult or unexpected. The process was very straightforward: why this organization? how have you achieved success in your prior role? etc. etc.
