at first i got a link to schedule a phone interview, they asked questions about experience, and what would you do in a difficult client situation. after the phone call the recruiter scheduled an in person interview through the link, after the in person interview at the branch they talk about your experience, where do you see yourself, ect.
The questions involve customer service and previous experience scenarios. They like to hear scenarios where you may have owned issues from start to finish and your level of hospitality. They could possible roleplay with you as well.

Interview
First round was a phone call where they gauge your personality a bit and ask you questions about your background and experience and a couple questions such as “How do you deal with a difficult customer”. Second round is in person where they ask you similar questions and really emphasize how they want someone whom will above and beyond.
