Straightforward and pretty easygoing. Everyone was friendly and wanted the best for me. The time between contact from the hiring manager was pretty lengthy though. However, the hiring manager was very communicative.

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chasse Building Team (Mesa, AZ) in Jan 2017
Interview
I met a Chasse employee at the ASU career fair and hit it off right away. I was contacted about a month or two later to go in for an interview. I came for the interview within a week of being contacted through email. There were 3 individuals at the interview. They initially gave an overview of the company and what they were looking for. They asked questions pertaining to my experience and asked if I had any questions. They also showed me around the office.
The interview questions seemed to measure my response from a personality and culture standpoint as if to measure if I would fit with the company culture but also if my goals aligned with theirs.
