Interview
Overall the process was pleasant and what I consider to be ideal when job searching.
First-round was an online assessment using CoderByte. The problem was to create a password validator based on certain requirements. If you know how to code then this is simple enough.
The second round was a technical assessment with two senior developers. The two guys were very nice and made for a pleasant interview. Here they asked typical interview questions and went over the resume. Lastly, there was a screen share where I had to solve a Leetcode style problem. (LC Easy. L20. Valid Parentheses).
They were very encouraging and gave hints as needed. After solving the problem, they asked questions on how would I optimize the solution and other tweaks.

Interview
Applied online. Within a few days I received an automated link to a codility.com 2-hour coding test. No one in the company reached out to me directly by phone or email to introduce themselves, ask me anything about myself, nothing. I received only the link to the test. The test consisting of brainteaser/puzzle solving problems. It was unusually difficult and many will no doubt take offense at at it. I sure did.

1) Optimize the maximum number of candies that Mary can eat given the problem setup;
2) Find the minimum path to turn N number of 6 sided dice onto the same pip given some constraints;
3) Something about array slices (similar to golang array slices), forget the details

I applied online. Given Codility test from Chatham Financial.
Codility test covers questions from front end JavaScript question and Java questions and SQL question.
NP: Applicant should be thorough with all the Full stack technologies before attempting the test.
