Arrived on site for interview and met with hiring manager. You are asked to come dressed professionally and to bring your resume, driver's license, and copy of insurance. The hiring manager interviewed me in an open space while her colleague can listen on to my answers and even customers can listen, if they had customers that day. It was definitely unprofessional and informal. Not sure if that worker who she had hired was treated in that fashion. In the middle of the interview, one question came up where she had to brag about her coworker to me and brought in her coworker to agree with her in our conversation--mind her it's an interview even her coworker knew not to answer her. I also had found it extremely rude of her to look at my bottom attire like it was her business to look there. I also had found it unfair to share my overall work experience with the hiring manager and for her to touch on my questions and brush them off. The hiring manager already has low self-esteem upon seeing me and she wanted to take it all out on me. I feel Corporate made a terrible decision on hiring her and keeping her as talent.
