The interview process at checkout was very extensive but at the same time, it was very smooth and managed very well. Even though I had around 6 rounds of interviews with different stakeholders and people from the organisation, the process in general was managed well by the Recruiter who reached out to me. My expectations were also managed well - as I had another offer in hand and was pending a reply from checkout - they managed to come back to me with an answer on the day they said they would. In terms of interviewers, everyone was always very polite and asked relevant questions. They were very punctual in terms of attending the interview timing and allowing me enough time on the call to be able to explain myself and communicate my ideas thoroughly.
