Interview process was very unique. It wasn't like asking just 1 random leetcode question and being a binary fail/pass kind of situation based on the 1 question which happens in many other companies. Here, it started with an online assessment which had 10 MCQs related to coding and system design knowledge, 2 coding questions, and 1 SQL question. After that, the hiring manager, senior engineers and HR took interviews where they asked various questions related to the skills directly needed for the job I was applying for, deep dived into my projects, some system design questions etc. The entire interview was friendly and conversational.

Interview
First round was screening by recruiter, she was helpful and nice.
After they sent me HackerRank challenge. It was mostly related to microservices architecture and problem solving.
Next step was technical interview and discussing challenge results. Interviewers were so nice and warm.
Last step was half general/ half technical interview with team leader.
Overall process was good and fast enough. Total process took 3 weeks.
