Interview
Interviewer did not seem to be familiar with my resume and could not answer my questions regarding the position. I did not feel that the interviewer was interested at all.

Interview
Initial phone screen Interview was not great. The recruiter I was talking to had a poor call connection, with lots of interference and BG noise, which made it very difficult to hear or understand anything he said. I had to ask him to repeat his questions a few times which seemed to annoy him - putting me in an awkward situation.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cheetah (Edmonton, AB) in Apr 2022
Interview
From what I've learned during the interview process, Cheetah seems like a fantastic workplace. They've got lots of growth potential in a relatively untapped market.
A recruiter reached out to me on a networking platform and set up an initial screen. The following technical screen and assessment rounds went by promptly. During the onsite, I got to meet with the larger team. The panel was a good mix of technical and leadership members. They were very insightful with their questions and diligently answered all of my questions.
Unfortunately, remote work across country borders presents its challenges. So I did have to turn down their great offer.
