      I interviewed at Chelsea Piers

      Interview

The interview process was initially engaging, but the candidate experience fell short. I completed 4 interview rounds and a substantial take-home assignment tied to real business needs, which I approached with the same professionalism and thoroughness I'd bring to the role. After my final interview, I followed up multiple times and never received a response. When candidates are asked to invest significant time in a multi-stage process, including unpaid work, basic communication and closure should be the minimum expectation.
