Phone interview was the first step. They just asked simple questions then had one or two questions that were asked by management. The next step was an in-person interview. I had 3 people come into the room. Person 1 was the HR. Person 2 was my soon-to-be manager. Person 3 was the owner. They each had their own questions and descriptions of what my job would be.
