The interview process was pretty straightforward and was structured like this:
1) Interview with hiring manager (introductory, casual)
2) Interview with Site Reliability Engineer (technical)
3) Interview with DevOps Engineer (loosely technical, more casual)
4) Interview with Data Engineer (loosely technical, more casual)
5) Final interview with Chief Technology Officer (casual/cultural)
There were no assignments or 'homework' outside of the main technical interview I had and the interview itself was more of a discussion rather than a straight Q/A session. The other interviews were refreshingly casual and comfortable.
