The interview process at Cherrylake is extensive. You will appreciate it in the end because you will feel confident in knowing that each person is hand-selected for the job. It is important to Cherrylake that each person who is considered for a position will find purpose in what they do and truly enjoy their job. That is why there is a 3-4 step process in interviewing. First, you will receive a phone interview asking basic questions about your current career and experience. You will then be invited in to meet with the hiring manager and/or team. You may be asked to complete a design assessment and caliper test. From there, you will meet for a Culture Interview with a group of Cherrylakers from different departments.
