I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2018
Interview
I was initially contacted at an MBA veterans conference. I had an interview there, and about a month later, an interview at their fulfillment center in Phoenix. The FC interview involves a tour of the facility--keep up with the GM and show interest. The second part involves standard interviews with talent acquisition, the GM, and a behavioral interview with the HR manager. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chewy (Salsbury Cove, ME) in Dec 2021

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy in Sept 2018
Interview
Initial phone call screening with Talent Acquisition. The Chewy Talent Acquisition rep will discuss the program and expectations of the MBAs they're recruiting.
Second interview over the phone with a senior member of operations leadership (GM or Director), primarily behavioral questions.
Invite to a distribution facility location or video call interview with an HR Manager and a General Manager.
The on-site location interview begins with a tour of the facility. One of the managers will very quickly walk you through the warehouse as a "tour." They're evaluating if you move quickly, "with a sense of urgency," the tour isn't intended to show you the operations.
You'll return from the tour and rotate between three interviewers: HR Manager, Talent Acquisition, and site General Manager.
HR Manager asks more behavioral questions.
Talent Acquisition asks questions to gauge your interest in Chewy and leadership-centric behavioral questions.
General Manager will primarily reiterate expectations of the position... As an Operations Supervisor, your job is to learn about Chewy and how the distribution center functions. Operations Manager will spend 90% of their time on the 'floor' observing their assigned group.
