A bunch of phone interviews and half day on-site. Claimed I was a “culture fit” but didn’t have enough experience...I’ve been doing this for 10 yrs at way bigger brands than Chewy and have a Master’s degree. Seem to have children running Director level roles. This department will have problems if they haven’t already.
